Job Summary
A supply chain company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Mandarin International Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide worldwide support to customers and partners
- Update information in internal systems for each order
- Meet on-call coverage scales when requested (night or weekend)
Qualifications Include:
- Analytical and critical thinking skills and a strong hands-on approach
- Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, and fluency in English required
- Ability and willingness to work Hong Kong hours (night shift in U.S.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and passion for excellence
- Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
