Job Summary

A supply chain company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Mandarin International Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide worldwide support to customers and partners
  • Update information in internal systems for each order
  • Meet on-call coverage scales when requested (night or weekend)

Qualifications Include:

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills and a strong hands-on approach
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin, and fluency in English required
  • Ability and willingness to work Hong Kong hours (night shift in U.S.)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong customer service and passion for excellence
  • Demonstrated proficiency using MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
