Job Summary
A mental health services company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Mandarin or Cantonese Health Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with current and prospective patients, including in the initial patient consultation that involves a clinical assessment
- Interacting with providers and support with technical or logistical troubleshooting
- Supporting providers in the management of their caseloads
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Background in behavioral health such as a BS in psychology, social work, social services, case management/coordination (or master’s level applicants)
- Demosntrated comfort working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Proven self-starter and team player
- Demosntrated critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn new things and take initiative
- Experience or comfortable with crisis management
