Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Medical Assistant in Detroit.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Use Telemedicine with patients for their monthly health coaching calls and monitoring alerts
- Apply the principles of comprehensive, patient-centered care principles
- Complete health risk assessments
Position Requirements Include:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (MA)
- Demonstrate understanding of CCM services
- Ability to build rapport and explain medical terminology in patient-friendly language
- Proficient use of patient registries and an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
