A social media marketing company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Multiple Languages Customer Service Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing social media users’ posts
  • Responding to user content
  • Translating user content

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Fluent in one of Arabic, Chinese (traditional and simplified), Danish OR
  • French, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai
  • Familiarity with and access to spreadsheet and document software
  • Experienced computer user with knowledge of chat, email and instant messaging programs
  • Familiarity with social media sites on a personal or professional level
  • Dependable, high-speed Internet access and dependable telephone access
