A research and learning publication company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Personality Profile Solutions Customer Relations Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Educate and support our customers and prospects via calls and emails
- Work alongside a small, dedicated, growth-driven team
- Provide education and support to our online community of customers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Fluency in an additional language beyond English (Spanish or French preferred)
- Comfort with ecommerce website navigation
- Prior experience providing customer service
- Proficiency with technology, and a willingness to new master tools
