Job Summary
A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Polish Customer Experience Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and troubleshooting questions
- Communicate the value of company's telecommunication products
- Conduct back-to-back phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of shift
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- Openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques
- Ability to navigate company communications and programs in English while speaking with customers in Polish and English
- Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift
- Flexibility to work hours that mirror our customers’ needs
