Job Summary
A travel company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Portuguese Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls from existing owners
- Provide information on our resorts, amenities, and things to see in the area
- Make recommendations based on the owner’s interests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service and sales experience
- Able to proficiently speak, read, and write both in English and Portuguese
- Solid ability to multi-task with strong computer navigation capabilities
- Exceptional listener with the skill to effectively communicate
- Able to exercise good judgment in making decisions
