Job Summary
A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Portuguese Customer Executive.
Must be able to:
- Research and update customer information
- Act as direct courtesy contact with salesforce customers, over the phone and emails
- Maintain curate data of completed customer calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese
- Ability to work on ad-hoc data quality projects
- Ability to take part in other tasks/projects assigned by the leadership team
