Job Summary
A time tracking and productivity monitoring software provider has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Portuguese Global Software as a Service Technical Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to and Manage customer interactions through chat, email, and Zoom calls
- Working closely with Sales and CSMs (when necessary) to ensure the customer experience is prioritized end-to-end
- Responding to customers' basic billing inquiries and assist in processing billing-related tasks
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual Portuguese
- Experience in using Service Desk CRM tools to ensure effective delivery of service
- Knowledgeable in SAAS applications and the like
- Experience in a Customer Service role for more than a year, providing technical support to remote customers
- Basic knowledge and understanding of multiple technological domains
- Possesses a passion for continuous improvement/development
