Job Summary

A time tracking and productivity monitoring software provider has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Portuguese Global Software as a Service Technical Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and Manage customer interactions through chat, email, and Zoom calls
  • Working closely with Sales and CSMs (when necessary) to ensure the customer experience is prioritized end-to-end
  • Responding to customers' basic billing inquiries and assist in processing billing-related tasks

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bilingual Portuguese
  • Experience in using Service Desk CRM tools to ensure effective delivery of service
  • Knowledgeable in SAAS applications and the like
  • Experience in a Customer Service role for more than a year, providing technical support to remote customers
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of multiple technological domains
  • Possesses a passion for continuous improvement/development
