Job Summary
A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Portuguese Customer Experience Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide customer service on back-to-back phone calls
- Communicate the value of telecommunications products to customers
- Provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Fluent in Portuguese
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 6 months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training
- An openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques
- Ability to work and remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift
