Remote Bilingual Processor Trainer

Job Summary

Managing a full pipeline of Non-QM loans, the full-time Remote Bilingual Processor Trainer will train other processors, support Mandarin-speaking clients, and develop training resources while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process Non-QM loans accurately and efficiently while serving as a backup processor when needed
• Onboard and train new internal processors and develop training programs for third-party partners on Non-QM guidelines
• Act as a subject matter expert in Non-QM processing during client and lender interactions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of mortgage processing experience, with a focus on Non-QM processing
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM guidelines and experience with various loan types
• Proven experience in training processors and managing workflows
• Ability to work full-time PST hours in a remote environment
