Smith.ai is hiring bilingual English/Spanish Virtual Receptionists to answer calls for US businesses! Earn income as a virtual assistant to US companies while working from your home!

Pay starts at $11/hour for bilingual candidates, and successful receptionists can earn up to $12.65/hour by the end of the first month. This position offers a predictable schedule (full-time or part-time), paid training, weekly paydates, and opportunities for long-term career growth and mentoring with a great team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Answering calls for a variety of small businesses and professionals in the US
- Taking messages, booking appointments, and transferring calls
- Understanding caller needs and providing business information
- Being part of a team and contributing to continued excellence

MUST HAVE

- Complete fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written in both languages
- Great work ethic
- Prior phone experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Strong memory and writing skills
- Quiet environment for answering calls
- Good internet, typing speed, and equipment (headset & computer)
- Daily availability at least 4 hours/day, 5 days/week between 5am-6pm PT / 8am-9pm ET
- 20 hours/week minimum (40 hours/week max.)

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Google Chrome browser
- Desktop or laptop computer with headset microphone
- Reliable broadband internet connection
- Strong typing skills

COMPENSATION

- Starts at $11/hour for bilingual English/Spanish candidates
- Up to $12.65/hour for receptionists working over 35 hours per week
- Plus raises are earned based on performance and length of time with the company
- Weekly paydates
- Monthly performance-based cash bonuses
- Paid training and evaluation period
