Job Summary

An app for YouTube channel management has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Russian Customer Support Advocate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Learning product inside and out to help our users in all of their issues
  • Answering user inquiries on a variety of topics via email and chat
  • Translating parts of the extension and app and help center from English into a second language

Qualifications Include:

  • Going on fun retreats to exciting destinations
  • 2 years’ of customer support experience
  • You speak and write in English AND Russian proficiently
  • Amazing soft skills
  • You are a customer advocate, passionate to resolve any issue they have, bring it to your leadership team
  • You are willing to work weekend shifts
