A smart platform for fashion retail merchandising is seeking a Remote Bilingual Russian IT Services Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being involved in the end to end of customer on-boarding processes
- Working together with a number of stakeholders on the customer side
- Leading, along with our Customer Success team, the customer handover to Business As Usual
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Fluent in Russian
- Graduate in engineering, logistics or business
- Strong communication skills
- Personally, you are self-organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at the same time
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
