Job Summary
A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Russian Managed Care Plan Customer Service Representative in Manhattan.
Must be able to:
- Respond to enrollment services calls
- Educate clients on managed care
- Assess client’s health care needs and assist clients in choosing a health plan
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Position will start off as Remote Work during training then will report to office
- Experience in customer service; knowledge of the community to be served
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Computer Skills, able to type (the faster, the better)
- Have Windows 10 PC
