Remote Bilingual Russian or Chinese Medical Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A Virtual Care Services company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Russian or Chinese Medical Care Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Meeting production goals as outlined in Performance Standards
• Maintaining HIPAA compliant computer access, including only secure means of handling and forwarding PHI
• Following iCare standard workflows and questionnaires to maximize patient interactions and documentation

Qualifications Include:

• Demonstrates iCare values
• Clinical credentials, to include MA, LPN, RN, BSN, or other qualified background as approved
• Multi-state compact nursing license
• Speak fluent Russian or Chinese language
• Minimum 1-year experience in clinical setting or patient environment
• Superior verbal communicator, demonstrates empathy
