Remote Bilingual Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative who will engage prospective members through a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Sells the benefits of membership through outbound call campaigns and discusses program components with prospective patients
• Handles inbound calls and accurately documents interactions in Salesforce (CRM system)
• Conducts research and resolves issues, escalating concerns to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in customer service within a call center or business/administrative environment
• Bilingual in Spanish
