Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Remote Bilingual Inbound Sales Representative will assist customers by reserving storage units and delivering exceptional customer service while working from home.

• Assist customers with their storage needs through inbound calls
• Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service
• Fluency in Spanish

• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows applications
• Able to work one weekend day
