Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the remote Bilingual Scheduler will make outbound calls to health plan members to schedule In-Home Health Evaluations, coordinate appointments, and provide member support on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule health evaluations for members
• Coordinate and arrange appointments effectively
• Answer member inquiries and provide necessary support

Required qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience
• Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
• Proficient in using dual monitors and maintaining updated technology standards
• Experience with customer service and effective communication
