Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Social Media Agent (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and identifying sales opportunities
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
  • Effectively multitask between handling customer inquiries and navigating multiple systems while working overnight hours
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish, with strong bilingual communication skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, including 6 months in a virtual call center setting
  • Sales-focused mindset with a proven ability to sell and upsell products/services
  • High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the U.S
  • Available for 12 weeks of paid training and full-time 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
