A social media services company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Social Media Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working autonomously to deliver an effective service for clients
- Understanding the client’s tone of voice and brand guidelines
- Responding to complaints and queries
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Native level speaker of Italian
- Experience in engagement, social customer care, localisation, and/or community management
- Experience in using Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube
