Job Summary

A real estate technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish 1099 Transaction Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Opening title with Agents preferred Title/Escrow officer and order the Title Commitment
  • Reviewing RLA and 1-4 Res Contract for accuracy and completeness
  • Inputing Coming Soon and off-market listings on to Workplace

Qualifications Include:

  • Bilingual - Spanish and English required
  • 2+ years in Real Estate industry
  • 2+ years in a remote setting
  • 3+ years as a Transaction Coordinator
  • Hands on Transaction Coordinator experience in CA required
