Job Summary
A multi-faceted financial agency is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish 401K Retirement Specialist II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing quality customer service and be available for calls
- Including accurate and timely documentation/processing of work resulting from the call
- Securing your FINRA Series securities license
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates degree or equivalent customer service experience
- Bilingual skills in Spanish and English
- Basic computer skills with ability to navigate within numerous software and web applications
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality guidelines
- Ability to acquire proven understanding of business unit products, processes and systems
