Job Summary

A financial technology and services company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Account Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling day-to-day account management issues for our newly established and returning customers, both English and Spanish speaking (approximately 50% English/50% Spanish)
  • Educating customers on Mission Lane products and how we can help them
  • Using innovation and collaboration to constantly raise the bar in account servicing

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to adapt to the situation
