Job Summary
A business outsourcing service provider is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and high quality experience for our customers
- Meet and exceed performance standards set forth by company and customers
- Document complete and accurate information for each customer call
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills
