Job Summary

An auto insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Hollywood.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to requests for interpretation of guidelines/procedures, acceptability of risk, rating inquiries, and more
  • Processing endorsements, renewals, policy cancellation/non-renewals, and payments timely and accurately
  • Reviewing complex issues and exceptions with a Senior, QA, or Supervisor

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to periodically attend office based training or meetings if asked/needed
  • Six months previous customer service experience
  • Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills
  • PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
