Job Summary
An auto insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Hollywood.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to requests for interpretation of guidelines/procedures, acceptability of risk, rating inquiries, and more
- Processing endorsements, renewals, policy cancellation/non-renewals, and payments timely and accurately
- Reviewing complex issues and exceptions with a Senior, QA, or Supervisor
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to periodically attend office based training or meetings if asked/needed
- Six months previous customer service experience
- Fluent Spanish/English communication skills, pleasant telephone demeanor, and multitasking skills
- PC experience with 3,000 KSH or 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5%
