Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish and English Patient Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Resolving patient issues by researching the patient’s account and correcting insurance information, demographics, etc.
• Conducting patient collection calls based on their collection status
• Ensuring that management is made aware of client issues or problems in a timely manner

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• A Degree or BS Degree preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in reading, writing and conversing
