Job Summary

A health services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish and English Social Media Representative 3.

Must be able to:

• Review, triage, and respond to comments, requests, and grievances
• Exercise discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures
• Work under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes

Position Requirements Include:

• Fully Bilingual English/Spanish with proficiency language test required
• Minimum of 1 year of working social media knowledge ie. Facebook, Twitter, Instragram, Linkedin platforms
• Willing to work various shifts based on business need and OT, will need to work a weekend rotation once every 4 months
