Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager Trainee.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing multiweek training program
- Learning how to deliver exceptional member experiences
- Understanding how to evaluate and underwrite most collector car insurance risks
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Have a Bachelors’ Degree or are within one semester of graduating
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Experience leading high performing teams
- Enjoy leading teams in various capacities
- A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
