Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager Trainee.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Completing multiweek training program
  • Learning how to deliver exceptional member experiences
  • Understanding how to evaluate and underwrite most collector car insurance risks

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Have a Bachelors’ Degree or are within one semester of graduating
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Experience leading high performing teams
  • Enjoy leading teams in various capacities
  • A self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative
