Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Behavioral Health Care Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Primarily working with and support enrolled individuals who struggle with severe mental illness or substance use disorders
- Providing brief crisis intervention techniques and warm hand-offs to local crisis resources as needed
- Educating individuals on behavioral health conditions to improve health literacy
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license issued by the state of California
- Must have quiet and HIPAA-compliant at-home work environment
- Strong understanding of cultural fluency
- Strong technical skills and comfort with technology innovation
- Bilingual English/Spanish
