Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Behavioral Health Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Making outbound calls to members who are diagnosed with Behavioral Health needs
- Performing assessments via phone
- Providing behavioral health benefit education
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher OR 1+ years of experience in a behavioral health setting
- 6+ months of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including internet searches and MS Office applications
- 6+ months of experience / knowledge of behavioral health resources and services
- 6+ months of dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse
- 6+ months of experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits
