Job Summary
A behavioral health company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish California Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing initial mental health diagnostic assessments with treatment recommendations
- Developing an individualized, prescriptive treatment plan to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria
- Participating in treatment meetings, consultation, and collaboration with members of clinical team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Relevant and active LCSW license
- Certified and / or experienced in common therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, TFCBT and Motivational Interviewing
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Well versed in using EHRs, confident in a virtual setting and concurrent documentation
- Bi-lingual Spanish Required
- Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness
