Job Summary
A nonprofit financial services company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative in Austin.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Update information on accounts in the Loan Servicing and/or consolidation systems
- Contribute to Continuous Process Improvement
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- 1 to 3 year customer service experience and/or general office experience preferred
