Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Cantonese or Mandarin Pediatric Care Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Adhering to standards of care for children
• Developing a member centric plan of care
• Documenting all encounters with pediatric members, guardians, legal representatives, providers and vendors

Qualifications Include:

• NYS RN or
• LCSW, LMSW
• Must be fluent in Spanish, Cantonese or Mandarin
• 1 year of pediatric clinical field experience, families and child serving systems
• Proficient with simultaneously navigating the Internet and multi-tasking
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to secure appropriate care
