A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Care Delivery Registered Nurse.
Must be able to:
- Cooperatively develop an integrate patient centered care plan and goals
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide outreach
- Provide patient assistance through advocacy to client and family
Qualifications for this position include:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license RN License
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in customer service setting
- Demonstrates progressive proficiency with the utilization of available computer technology
- Demonstrated customer service
