Job Summary

A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Case Management Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Utilizing critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process
• Developing, implementing, supporting, and promoting Health Services strategy tactics, policies, and programs
• Driving the delivery of quality health care to establish competitive business advantage of a health company

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master level clinician required per health or human services prefered
• 2+ years of case management experience
• 2+ years of social services experience
• 3+ years of Microsoft Office Program experience
• Bilingual Spanish
• Managed Care experience is ideal
