Job Summary
A health services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Case Management Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process
- Developing, implementing, supporting, and promoting Health Services strategy tactics, policies, and programs
- Driving the delivery of quality health care to establish competitive business advantage of a health company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or non-licensed master level clinician required per health or human services prefered
- 2+ years of case management experience
- 2+ years of social services experience
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office Program experience
- Bilingual Spanish
- Managed Care experience is ideal
