Job Summary

A digital marketing service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Case Manager.

Must be able to:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and advocacy
• Act as insurance expert and liaison with all insurance carriers
• Draft and prepare legal documents with client information, including LOR’s; ORRs; and Medical Records Requests

Qualifications Include:

• 1+ years experience in a customer facing role with emphasis on case management, medical management
• Fluent in Spanish and have a desire to innovate and streamline processes
• Prior paralegal or case management experience in the personal injury space
• Be capable of adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a non-traditional or startup work environment
