Job Summary

A critical health and human services programs organization is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish CDC Call Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising the work of customer service representatives
  • Discussing job performance concerns with employees to identify causes and issues
  • Participating in meetings and recommending changes to policies and procedures

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate Degree
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a call center environment required
  • Ability to manage a high level of confidentiality
  • Must be able to speak and read English and Spanish fluently
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
