A proprietary search technology company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Child Support Customer Service Representative in Tallahassee.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving calls from child support customers and other stakeholders and responds following Standard Operating Procedures
- Responding to customer service calls
- Completing SMI system and State system updates
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows products
- Knowledge of:Customer service techniques
- Modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
