A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Child Support System Customer Service Representative in Tallahassee.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Analyzing and explaining laws and regulations for SDU payment processing
- Maintaining accurate and interrelated records
- Responding promptly to customer needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service or related
- Customer service techniques, including how to handle upset callers
- Knowledge of policies and procedures involved in SDU payment processing
