Job Summary

A third-party claims administrator is seeking a Remote Bilingual Spanish Claims Intake Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing customer service via phone support
  • Leading the caller through the first notice of loss reporting process
  • Properly recording and entering all newly reported losses

Required Skills:

  • Must possess a High School Diploma, higher education a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of a variety of computer software applications
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish)
