Job Summary
An employee information company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Client Onboarding Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to questions about our services, results, and provide additional specialized services upon request
- Interacting with clients of various sizes via phone and e-mail contact as well as maintain client relationships
- Conducting and delivering additional projects as assigned by manager
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
- Excellence in analyzing situations and can respond quickly in a courteous and professional manner
- Must have excellent communication and professional writing skill
- Typing Speed 60 wpm
- Ability to perform well under pressure and with time-sensitive projects
- High school diploma or equivalent required
