Job Summary

An employee information company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Client Onboarding Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to questions about our services, results, and provide additional specialized services upon request
  • Interacting with clients of various sizes via phone and e-mail contact as well as maintain client relationships
  • Conducting and delivering additional projects as assigned by manager

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
  • Excellence in analyzing situations and can respond quickly in a courteous and professional manner
  • Must have excellent communication and professional writing skill
  • Typing Speed 60 wpm
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and with time-sensitive projects
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
