A communications technology company has an open position for a Bilingual Client Services Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering happiness to clients via phone calls and chats
- Translating scripts and/or calls between Spanish and English
- Designing, maintaining, and troubleshooting scripts and accounts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Outstanding speaking and listening skills
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbally as well as in writing)
- Ability to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client’s account
- Highly organized
- Ability to keep your cool in difficult situations
