Job Summary
A provider of Employee Assistance Programs is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Clinical Services Counselor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent caseload of remote individual counseling clients
- Deliver quality and effective counseling services to clients
- Provide culturally competent care to diverse clients
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology
- Independent clinical license
- Bi-Lingual Spanish
- Clinical assessment experience in mental health, substance use, and crisis stabilization
- Experience providing direct counseling services and solution-focused therapy
- Proficiency in treatment of various mental health conditions and life stressors
