Job Summary

A remote technical support service provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Cloud MSP Office 365 Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage and support Microsoft Office 365 migrations
• Take ownership of customer migrations from start to finish
• Support Exchange Online and SharePoint Online

Position Requirements Include:

• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office 365
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 deployments or migrations
• 3+ years of experience in related fields
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
• Ability to comply with Employer technical requirements
• Dedicated phone line – No VOIP or cellphone
