Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Collections Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Referring calls/accounts to appropriate parties based on customer inquiries
• Identifying problem accounts and escalating as appropriate
• Updating the patient account record to identify actions taken on the account

Required Skills:

• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Must be available to work Pacific Standard time zone schedule
• High School or GED preferred
