Job Summary

A communications technology company is in need of a Bilingual Spanish Communications Technology Client Services Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Deliver customer service to clients via phone calls and chats
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts and accounts
• Assist Spanish speaking clients

Required Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish, both spoken and written
• An empathetic people-person with outstanding speaking and listening skills
• Highly organized and able to accurately document all interactions and activities on a client’s account
• A multi-tasker who can analyze and prioritize customer accounts and manage multiple projects
• A computer with high speed Internet
