Job Summary
An insurance and benefits company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Contact Center Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing quality, accuracy and customer effort levels through conducting supplemental audits
- Managing the day to day activities of leading a direct reporting team
- Being accountable for team level metrics to ensure that departmental goals are met
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual language skills- Spanish/English proficiency required
- Strong internal and external customer service orientation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, achieve goals
- Strong PC skills required
- Experience in motivation, team building and collaboration/partnership
