Job Summary

An insurance and benefits company has an open position for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Contact Center Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assessing quality, accuracy and customer effort levels through conducting supplemental audits
  • Managing the day to day activities of leading a direct reporting team
  • Being accountable for team level metrics to ensure that departmental goals are met

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bilingual language skills- Spanish/English proficiency required
  • Strong internal and external customer service orientation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results, achieve goals
  • Strong PC skills required
