A solar company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Bilingual Spanish Contract Recruiter in Scottsdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates
- Conducting in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- Managing multiple searches at the same time
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bilingual English & Spanish Required - Must be fluent
- 5+ years of previous recruiting and sourcing experience
- Strong communication skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates
