Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote COVID 19 Case Investigator Contact Tracer in Berkeley.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting case investigation and contacting tracing interviews
• Participating in coordination and supporting structures around contact tracing
• Consulting with clinical lead physician and nurse to provide accurate information as needed

Position Requirements Include:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE) and consistent attendance
• Confidence and resourcefulness in crisis situations
• Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field, AND/OR 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Understands the importance of maintaining confidentiality
